Chana Rachel Frumin, MS, CNT is the director of Jerusalem Narrative Therapy Institute. The Institute which has been opened for 15 years teaches narrative counseling as well as offering support groups and private consultations. She supervises a staff of 10 therapists with a wide variety of specializations, and practices as an individual, couple and family counselor. Some of her areas of specialization are focused on living freed from childhood trauma, support for women in challenging marriages and creating a new identity in marital counseling. Her current research focuses on understanding trauma as a vehicle for reclamation of identity. Her most recent project The Shalom Project is to provide 12 weeks of subsidized therapy for marginalized individuals and couples and supervise the staff of therapists who are donating their time to this project.
